What good product comes without a guarantee? It is not only there to give my clients peace of mind, It is a powerful piece of symbolism that we stand behind everything we do, we make sure it is done right, first time, every time. This is our guarantee.
Code
All our code is guaranteed to be written either from scratch or from a set of base development themes that we have previously developed. Unless explicitly asked to, we will never take an existing theme and modify it to suit your needs.
Designs
All our designs are delivered in logically layered and foldered PNG or PSD files. All Images are legally obtained and never a breach of copyright.
Browser Compatibility
All our work is thoroughly tested in the following browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Opera
- Safari
Where necessary we will also test in mobile device scenarios such as Iphone or Blackberry.
If It is really necessary, we will use conditional comments to manipulate IE6 into doing what you need it to. As This does take extra time, this will incur extra charges.
Semantics
All HTML, CSS, PHP and JS will be semantically (logically) structured
All Code will be logically commented (You will be able to read what is going on but will not see more comment than code through the entire thing.)
Satisfaction
We work with you not against you on your project until you are satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied by the project and any milestone or at the end of the development cycle the project is NOT considered complete and you are NOT required to make any payments.
Outsourcing
We Generally do not outsource any projects, but in the case of an exploding workload, we sometimes have no choice. In this event, you will be notified before the event and should you not wish this to occur, an agreement will be worked out. This may be as simple as an extension on the delivery date.
White Labeled
It is our policy to white label our work if a client is a business and requires the work to be white labeled. If this is the case, you will not find our or anyones name in the commenting in the code.
Recognition is nice, but client needs come first.
